About Banner

WCCCD faculty and staff use the BANNER system for all administrative functions from payroll to online registration and student grades. WCCCD currently uses the following modules:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Finance
  • Financial Aid
  • Human Resources
  • Student
  • General
  • All Self-Service Modules

The following products have been integrated with the Banner system:

  • Blackboard
  • Degree Works
  • Evisions
  • Document Management

Downtime Notifications - Planned and emergency downtime information will be available here and will be communicated to all stakeholders.

Banner training

Banner training classes are offered by request. Please work with your supervisor to determine what training will best meet your needs. Banner training is offered through the District IT Division.
