The Institutional Effectiveness Division promotes organizational accountability for sustainable development and quality assurance. IE will establish processes and practices that create an environment of transparency, accountability and integrity, by supporting the integration of institutional research, assessment, planning and reporting for the improvement of instruction, services to students, and the community.

This includes:

• Developing a culture of accountability and transparency
• Implementing the district-wide Holistic Assessment Plan
• Supporting institutional and program accreditation activities
• Evaluating organizational processes for quality and effectiveness
• Providing data and information for the strategic planning process
• Analyzing data and reports for planning and decision-making
• Conducting institutional research for planning and decision-making
• Reporting research results to internal and external stakeholders
