The Public Relations Department has quality images available for use by other departments.

Prior to taking a photograph or video or any student, staff, faculty member, photographers or videographers should obtain written consent. This written consent, is the form of a photo release must be kept on record either in a specific department or with the Public Relations Office.

The Chancellor or his designee shall approve the extend and procedures for all photographs taken under the District's sponsorships for records, publications or publicity.
