Student ID Card

Where do I get my card?
ID cards with photograph are issued at the Campus Safety Office.

What do I need to get ID One Card?
To obtain an ID One Card, the student need to present a valid class schedule and one form of official photo ID (driver license or state ID).

Why do I need an ID card?
Students must present the WCCCD ID One card to checkout materials from the library and to use the Learning Center. Students can use the ID One Card to pay for the printouts from the copier machine.  It is the student’s responsibility to carry identification at all times while on College property. Staff and faculty members are also encouraged to obtain an ID card.

Help! I've lost my ID card. What do I do?

  1. Contact Campus Safety Office to see if it was turned in.
  2. Contact the Library to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
  3. If lost or misplaced a replacement fee will be charged.
  4. Replacement cards are issued at the Campus Safety Office during regular hours.

Does my ID card need to be renewed?
No. The permanent cards issued after the fall 2008 semester or later do not need to be renewed.
