ELIGIBILITY

To qualify you must:

• be a U.S. citizen
• display an academic need
• submit application
• participate in an initial interview

and either

• be from a low income family*
• be from a family where neither one of your parents graduated from college or
• provide documentation for a physical or learning disability which you possess

* The term low income is established by the census bureau and is published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.
