About Us

The WCCCD Scholarship Committee is a non-profit resource development arm of the Wayne County Community College District and funds the annual merit scholarship and textbook assistance program. The Committee provides resources that support competitive educational services, curricula and programs for the students and communities served by the District. It is supported by numerous local organizations, churches, individuals and corporations and several endowments have been established to provide for charitable gifts for numerous needy students. It helps the District continue to deliver the promise of building better lives. Every gift is appreciated.
