Ways to Give
By giving a gift to the Wayne County Community College District Scholarship Committee you are giving a student an opportunity to a better life. You are giving the gift of an education.

Contributions to the WCCCD Scholarship Committee are accepted and used to award scholarships to students who would otherwise be unable to afford a Wayne County Community College District education. Your gift, no matter how big or small will allow our students to make a better life for themselves, their families and our communities .

Did You Know?

Your contributions of:

$1,394.00 will pay for a semester of tuition and fees for a full time student

$386.00 will pay for a three credit course

$500.00 will help buy textbooks

$50.00 will help buy school supplies (notebooks, pens, etc.)

There are many ways to give to the Wayne County Community College District Scholarship Committee:

Cash - Cash gifts are accepted and will be used to meet the needs of our students

Check - Please make check payable to Wayne County Community College District Scholarship Committee

Payroll Deduction - Through the WCCCD Scholarship Committee Annual Fund, WCCCD faculty and staff can make payroll deductions to the Scholarship Committee. Download the Payroll Deduction Form and mail it to the WCCCD Scholarship Committee at Wayne County Community College District, 801 W. Fort Street, Detroit, MI 48226.

Planned Giving – Donors can leave a legacy at WCCCD by gifting the Committee through trusts, wills, life insurance policies, etc. For more information, contact Furquan Ahmed at (313) 496-2510.
