Short-Term Certificate Programs

Short-Term Certificate Programs offer a variety of opportunities to earn a certificate that will give you an edge in today’s challenging global job market. Every program is designed to provide you with transferable skills needed to pursue a new career, re-enter the workforce, or enhance current skills. Please check the CE schedule for current Short-Term Certificate Program offerings.

Certificate Program FAQ’S

Earn a CEU!

A CEU (Continuing Education Unit) provides a record and accountability for continuing education activities that meet the certification requirements of certain professional organizations. In all recognized educational circles, one CEU is equal to 10 contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education or extension experience. All CE Short-Term Certificate Programs offer CEUs.

It is recommended that students, who want to complete a specific program within the same semester, register for all courses at the same time. Otherwise, you might not be able to complete the certificate program within one semester. It is required that you take your classes in sequential order unless prior permission is obtained from the School of Continuing Education. Certificate Programs have class size limits, so register early.
