Facilities and Plant Department

We Strive for Excellence

WCCCD

Welcome to the Wayne County Community College District's Facilities and Plant Operations Department. We seek to provide the best quality service in a professional and timely manner to the campus community and our staff. Our objective is to ensure that you receive accurate and efficient responses to all requests for facility services. Our department is dedicated to maintaining quality conditions at all of our campuses and Curtis L. Ivery District Office while providing a comfortable environment for our students to learn and our staff to work and grow.

The Facilities and Plant Operations Department handles more than 15,000 work requests each year in an effort to service its community and staff. In addition, we work, plan, construct, maintain and operate the District physical plant, the campus buildings and grounds consistent with the Wayne County Community College District Vision, Values, Mission and Strategic Plan.
