Government Relations

The Office of Government Relations is the liaison between all levels of government and the Wayne County Community College District community. Special emphasis is placed on monitoring the state of Michigan's legislative process, from which the college receives a third of its funding. In addition, the Governmental Relations staff is committed to informing the District's community of key legislative issues of interest and impact.

The office maintains relationships with its neighbors, community leaders, local, state and federal governmental officials, while positively promoting the developments of initiatives of the college.
