Information Technology
Welcome to the Division of Information Technology

Information Technology

The Information Technology Division (DIT) is located in the Curtis L. Ivery District Office, the District’s central technology provider; offers innovative, reliable, and user-centric services.  DIT develops and supports technology solutions that enable students, faculty and staff to excel in teaching and learning.
District IT oversees the implementation of new technology across the District, and manages all IT related contracts and licenses. In addition to facilitating and coordinating information technology activities among WCCCD campuses and Curtis L. Ivery District Office, DIT hosts an array of enterprise system, technology support and services, such as:

  • Banner and related administrative applications
  • Wired and wireless networking
  • Software, Cloud Services and applications
  • Collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Blackboard Collaborate, VoIP Phones and voicemail
  • Information security
  • Computer classroom and Instructional support
  • User support services; account help, technical support, and troubleshooting for students, faculty and staff
  • Event support
