On behalf of the faculty, staff and administrators, I would like to welcome you to the Downriver Campus of the Wayne County Community College District. We are dedicated to the career success of our students, offering a blend of arts and sciences, technical ability and skills, and creativity in a welcoming student-focused collegiate environment.
Whether you are a first-generation college student, returning learner or someone who wants to upgrade their skills or even reinvent themselves; the Downriver Campus is the place. The Downriver Campus is home to WCCCD’s Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center (EPAC) and the Michigan Institute for Public Safety Education (MIPSE).
We are pleased to announce that the District will be building a New Horticultural Center on-site, where we will be offering two new programs in Landscape Management and Fruit and Vegetable Crop Management in partnership with Michigan State University’s Institute of Agricultural Technology.
Student success is our faculty and staff’s primary focus, and we are with our students every step of the way on their educational journey. We look forward to making your experience here both enjoyable and rewarding.
