Always consult an academic advisor if you have questions about your degree requirements. They will explain any difference between the audit and the advice you are receiving.

Use the “What‐if” feature by selecting your proposed degree/certificate and option, if needed. The requirements for your selection appear, and you can see how your coursework will be applied to the new major you are considering.

No. Change your major to the student services office, and request a major change.

You can print the audit by clicking the “Print” icon in the upper right-hand corner, saving it as a PDF, and then printing it.

No, your transcript is arranged by semester and is the final and official documentation of your academic record at WCCCD.

The audit database is updated each night, so changes appear the next business day.

Once the District Records Office rolls grades into academic history, your degree audit will be updated with your most recent grades.

No, Degree Works is designed to aid and facilitate academic advising. Your audit is NOT an official evaluation. Your advisor must verify all degree requirements before graduation, and each student is responsible for complying with all academic policies published in the catalog.

If a student repeats a D/F course, the excluded course will appear in the Insufficient Block, and the included course will appear in its appropriate place in the audit.

This is most likely because you have not taken any classes during the past few years, and consequently, your academic history was not automatically transferred to Degree Works. This problem can be easily rectified.  Email studentservices@mail.wcccd.edu, and you will have a response within 2-3 business days.
