13th Anniversary of the United Nations International Day of the Girl Child

October 18, 2025 | 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

"The Girl I am, the Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontlines of Crisis"

presented by WCCCD’s Cultural Enrichment

Downriver Campus
Ray Mix Room
21000 Northline Road, Taylor, MI 48180

Today’s generation of girls is disproportionately affected by global crises of climate, conflict, poverty and pushback on hard won gains for human rights and gender equality. Too many girls are still denied their rights, restricting their choices and limiting their futures. Every day, they are taking action to realize a vision of a world in which all girls are protected, respected and empowered.
