Diverse Learners: Shinrin - Yoku

Forest therapy offers a calm, guided lear ning experience through our natural world. Gentle walks, multisensory activities, and simple mindful invitations provide participants with a space to explore themselves and the world around them. The sessions are inclusive, low pressure, and adapted to meet a variety of communication and support needs.
