Annual K-12 Student Artarama Exhibit

The exhibit is presented in partnership with the WCCCD School of Continuing Education.

DETROIT, Mich. – May 12, 2025 – The Annual K-12 Student Artarama Exhibit at Wayne County Community College District (WCCCD) is now on display through May 30 in the Curtis L. Ivery Downtown Campus’ Brown and Juanita C. Ford Art Gallery, located at 1001 West Fort Street in Detroit.

The exhibit showcases the creative work of Detroit Public School Community District K-12 students, many of whom toured WCCCD’s art galleries for inspiration.  Media on display will include prints, paintings, drawings, collages, mixed media pieces, furniture, digital art and photography.

The Art Exhibition will be on display through May 30 during regular gallery hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information about the exhibit or the galleries, call 313-496-2704 or email artgallery@wcccd.edu.
