Welcome to the WCCCD My Wildcat Portal! First-time users: follow the steps below to activate your portal.
Watch for your welcome email
After you are admitted, we send your WCCCD student email address and a temporary password to the personal email you used on your admission application.
Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Open your welcome email
Find your new student email address and temporary password.

Sign in
Go to My Wildcat Portal and sign in with your student email and temporary password.

Create your password
Replace the temporary password with one only you know.

Set up MFA
Add the Microsoft Authenticator app (recommended), or use text or email. This protects your account and lets you reset a forgotten password yourself.

Need Help?
Check your spam or junk folder in the personal email you used on your application. If it's not there, contact the District Student Services at 313-496-2634.
Your temporary password does not expire. If you already used it to create your own password, sign in with the password you created. If you need a new temporary password, call the Help Desk at 313-496-2666.
Contact the Help Desk at 313-496-2666 to reset your MFA, then set it up again on your new phone.
Note: An MFA reset does not change your password. Sign in with your existing password.
